Ali reminds me very much of myself. She is beautiful, even when she was heavy. She has a great personality and her transformation will be similar to mine. She is positive and she works hard to get what she wants. She’s my age, similar in height, so I know when I finally get there kind of what I will look like.
Now I know the Biggest Loser is in no way comparable to how people lose weight in the real world. They work out for five, yes FIVE hours a day. I could lose that much that fast if I did that too, but let’s face it, it’s not going to happen!
So for now, I’m going to post this picture up to remind me of what I too can achieve.

Ali I want to congratulate you on a job well done. You are an inspiration to me. I watched you from the very beginning, what a journey you took! and it all paid off in the end. I am so happy for you.
