I was in need of some motivation to get working out, so I IM’ed a couple of friends to see if they would be interested in doing a challenge. Turns out, they had already gotten one started, so I’m joining in. The goal: workout three times a week. The punishment: whoever doesn’t workout has to send everyone else a FAT picture!! LOL, hey if it works right?
