I weighed in today and lost 1.0 lbs whoo hoo! I was hoping for more, but I’ll take it! This week I had 19.5 activity points, which was only 0.5 off from my goal of twenty. Next week I’m going for 25! I really gotta get on the ball if I’m going to lose 40 lbs by October! God, 12 weeks and I’m only down 4 lbs, what is wrong with me! Time to stay on track and keep exercising and getting the job done. No more half-assing it!
I was still sore yesterday from my Couch to 5K run, so we went for a walk as a family last night instead. I am much better today and I am going to try and run again tonight and do W1D2 of the program. So far this week I’ve earned 500 FitPOINTS toward my group challenge at my Yahoo Group. Friday is the end of the week for that one, so I want to get one more run in before then and get some more points.
