I finally found these in Po’Dunkville where I live. The Jimmy Dean D-Light breakfast sandwiches. I got the only one they had the turkey sausage and egg white crossiant. “These heart-healthy sandwiches are made with delicious turkey sausage, egg whites, and cheese, and have 1/3 fewer calories and less than ½ the fat of the leading breakfast sandwich.” Their website says that they have 260 calories, 7 g of fat and 2 g of fiber (POINTS value of 5), but don’t let that fool you. The box has different nutritionals! The box I have says 300 calories, 12 g of fat and 3 g of fiber for a POINTS value of 6!
The package directions say to defrost for a minute, 30 seconds then microwave on high for 50 seconds, which is about right. My sandwich came out steamy hot, but not over-done. After lettting it cool for a minute or so, I dug in. Needless to say I was kind of disappointed, now granted they are better than the Smart Ones English Muffin sandwiches, which taste like rubber. They are just bland, so Jimmy, please add some flavor to these things!! The texture is good (not like rubber at all), but I wish the egg was a little more fluffy and less hard. There is nothing better than a nice fluffy egg.
So overall I have to give these a 8 out of 10. They’re ok, but for one extra point, I can get an egg muffin from McDonald’s that’s fresh!

Hey there!!
I LOVE breakfast sandwiches. Ultimate favorite. BUT – you can do an easy, fast low point one at home really easy. Sour Rye bread is low in points, and tasty. Egg Whites are easy (come in containers now) and you can use one slice of American cheese for a point or so. There’s also the points-cheap ham slices. you can probably make a sandwich for about 4 points that way. If you want to make it easier on yourself, and faster, you can do the eggs in the microwave, toast the bread – then put it all together and heat in the microwave again to melt the cheese.
Good luck!!
