I have a weekly organizer that forces you to look at your schedule, your to-do&#039;s kid things and then plan your meals around that.  It&#039;s a tri-fold design that folds up to have your grocery list.  (you carry 1 sheet of paper with you each week - the pad contains a year&#039;s supply)  

It even includes a section for you to make a personal weekly goal for yourself.  I love it because it allows me to do my list whereever I am and it comprisess all of my little scraps of papers onto one weekly planner.  The best part is that after that week is done, you start fresh again next week.  

I teach classes on meal planning and this tends to be quite a seller for moms.  Good luck with your goals!!
