I had a great Non-Scale Victory yesterday! Not only did I stay within my points, but I exercised too! I was quite proud of myself. After struggling for so long, I finally did something right. Whoo hoo!
I was going to do my Walk Away the Pounds DVD, but I have no idea where it went (thanks Baby A), so I rummaged through my videos and found The Firm Cardio Dance. Let’s face it, their workouts are HARD, but this one was doable. The dance moves were easy and the sequence repeated so it gave you enough time to catch on to each new part before adding in another one. I really enjoyed doing this workout.
BUT, the Firm has a new workout kit available called The Wave. It is similar to their step system, but this one the step is rounded (kind of like a bridge) and when you flip it over it rocks, making your workout even more intense for your lower body and abs. I would really like to get one and try it out, but right now I just don’t have the money to do it. So if you have one, let me know what you think of it!! PLEASE!!
The new kit INCLUDES: the WAVE personal gym, ALL-NEW DVDs, success guide, FREE 30 day VIP web club membership, and MORE including FREE BONUSES all for $90 + shipping.

The Firm Wave helps motivate me to work out. Well, in general the FIRM motivates me by selling new creative products so I want to try them out. And they work, so I keep trying them out.

Hello, Lissa, I happened upon this post while surfing the net. Congratulations on how far you’ve come! Keep working hard and you’ll get the results you’re looking for. You’re right the FIRM IS tough..but that’s why it’s so effective! You picked an awesome food program as well with WW!
I’ve posted my review of The Wave in my blog on my website..it’s a few entries back if you’d like to take a look. Keep working hard!
As a Personal Trainer, I love The Wave. If you’d like more information on the Wave take a look at my site. I’ve reviewed The Wave and the included DVDs. I also have a few videos showing the Wave in use and a FAQ page.
